For pick up at Indomaret Point, the operator will send you a code 1 day before your SIM Card pick-up date. Please pass the code to the staff at pick up location to get your SIM Card. If you have not received the code right before your pick up time, please contact the operator number listed on your voucher
For pick up at other locations, our staff will be waiting for you at the pick-up locations.
The representative will wait for you up to 1 hour from your flight landing time. If you are delayed longer than 1 hour after landing, please email or message the contact that listed on your voucher to check if the representative is still available
For hotel delivery, only cover Jakarta City, Kuta City, Yogyakarta City, Bandung City, and Surabaya City area. Delivery to another area is not available.

Cancelation

Cancellation Policy:

The above rates are non-refundable. Once booking confirmed, it can’t be canceled.
No refund issued for cancellation made after reservation.

Any change or cancellation is made via email at business hours.
Business hours: Monday – Friday (except public holiday) from 09:00 AM – 03:00 PM (GMT +7)

No Show Policy:

100% penalty will be charged for no-show case. No refund issued.
