One of them is the Taman Festival in Sanur. This place was amusement park back then at the 1990s, but due to some of the problems, the owner abandoned it.

    Since that day, none dare to visit and come to Taman Festival. There are some urban stories about this place, but the most popular is the crocodile garden. Likewise, there is a story that the crocodiles here became wilder because none feed them. They started to hunt and kill each other in order to survive!  One more area in Taman Festival that might make you scared is the Theater.     As one of the cultural centers in Indonesia, Bali gets lots of cultural fans coming from all over the world. Not only the dancing show but also bunches cultural attraction are available in Bali. Previously, we have discussed a spectacular cultural dancing show, Devdan Show in Nusa Dua. Now we will move to the northern area of Bali. At the eastern of Batur Lake, lays a unique traditional village, Trunyan Village.

    Majority of villagers in here known as Bali Aga, and the thing that famous in this village is the funeral ceremony. Usually Balinese Hindu will do a cremated ceremony for the deceased, therefore, you will find something unique in Trunyan Village. The dead bodies will not be cremated as the ordinary ceremony. Their family will just lay the body near the “taru menyan” tree, at the main graveyard. Although the bodies do not burry down, you will not smell any bad odor! People believe the smell is absorbed by the Taru Menyan tree. Fascinating isn’t?

Bengkala Village location is in Buleleng. This small humble village is quite unique. Around 2% of its villagers having a hearing issue. Those people were congenitally deaf and this condition has passed for about seven generations!

    People call these disable villagers as “kolok’. The fascinating side of Bengkala Village is the kolok people have developed their own sign language, “kata kolok”. Moreover, they modified the cultural and religious rituals so these things will suit the kolok condition.

Not far from the Angel’s Billabong, you will find a massive arch that will take you directly to the ocean. The name of this place is Pasih Uwug or the Broken Beach.

    The Broken Beach formerly was a beachfront cave years ago. Due to a sudden crash, the floor cave collapsed. This natural phenomenon then letting the water came filling the whole cave. Moreover, visitors are able to see the crystal-clear ocean water above the cliff, and this is the best spot to see the surrounding as well. (Ty)
