Pick Up/Sending Service: 

• Free in Nusa Dua, Sawangan, & Jimbaran areas (minimum 2 persons & 2 hours treatment)
• Additional charge applied for pick up in other areas
• If you use AirBnB accommodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick-up service, we will pick you up at the nearest hotel from your Host location.

• Last treatment: 21.00

Notes:

• Massage satisfaction varies according to individual therapist and physical condition.
• If you are not satisfied with your massage, please tell the therapist and spa house directly at the moment.
• Depending on the spa house, the shower time will be deducted from 10 to 15 minutes, and delayed arrival may be deducted.

FAQ 

Q: In case I already made a massage reservation and I think I will be late about 15 minutes. Is everything OK?

A: Yes, you can inform us via chat massage beforehand. But if you arrive late, the treatment time may be deducted.

Q: If I am not satisfied with the treatment during the massage time, what should I do?

A: If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please tell the vendor staff or the therapist directly at the moment.

Q: If I can’t print the voucher out, can I present my mobile voucher with my mobile phone?

A: Yes. If you show the voucher you captured on your mobile phone, then you can easily enter.

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
