Q: If I am not satisfied with the treatment during the massage time, should I say it on the spot?

A: Yes. If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please tell the vendor staff or the therapist directly at the moment.

Q: I made a massage reservation and I think I will be late for about 15 minutes. Is everything OK?

A: Yes, you can get a massage. However, if you arrive late then the massage time will be deducted.

Q: I book an 120 minutes treatment, could I get 135 minutes for the total time? since I need to take a shower after treatment.

A: No. The shower time is included in 120 minutes.

Cancelation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
