Additional Information

  • If you use AirBnB accommodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick up service, we will pick you up in the nearest hotel from your Host location.
  • Please note that the sudden schedule changes may occur due to Balinese religious events which might block the roads etc.
  • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher.
  • The voucher is valid on the specified date only.
  • We provide hotel pick up – drop off service. Thus, you might contact our staff to inform your pick up location.
  • Please kindly wait at hotel lobby or terminal lobby 5 minutes before the pick up time. And, present your confirmation voucher to your driver before departure.


  • Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 2 days prior to the activity date.
  • Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
  • Refund will be processed in business hours.
