- If you are not satisfied with your massage, please tell the therapist and spa house directly at the moment.
- The treatment could end 15 minutes earlier for shower time.
- Late arrival could deduct the treatment duration.

Q: Is it possible to get a free transport service for round trip/ 2-ways?
A: Yes, free 2-ways pick-up and sending service is provided for minimum 2 persons and 2 hours treatment.
Q: If I can’t print the voucher out, can I present my mobile voucher with my mobile phone?
A: Yes. If you show the voucher you captured on your mobile phone, then you can easily enter.
Q: I made a massage reservation but I will be late about 15 minutes. Is everything OK?
A: Yes, you can still get the massage. However, if you arrive late then the massage time might be deducted.
Cancellation
- Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
- Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
- Refund will be processed in business hours.
