Q: In case I am a solo traveler, can I make an appointment for 1 person massage?

A: No. It is not possible to proceed with 1 person. It is only available to booking the massage for at least 2 persons.

Q: I’d like to book a massage and get the sending service to the hotel or airport. Is that possible?

A: If you book for minimum 2 hours treatment and 2 persons, you may get a free sending service to the hotel or airport.

Q: Can I still get a massage if I arrive late after making a reservation?

A: Yes. It is possible but the treatment time will be deducted.

Cancelation

Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity
Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
Refund will be processed in business hours.
Business hours: Monday – Friday (except public holiday) from 09:00 AM – 15:00 PM (GMT +7)
