Massage satisfaction varies according to individual therapist and physical condition.
If you are not satisfied with your massage, please tell the therapist and spa house directly at the moment.
The treatment could end 15 minutes earlier for the shower time.
Late arrival could deduct the treatment duration.

FAQ:

Q: I made a massage reservation but I think that I will be late. Is everything OK?

A: Yes, you can still get the massage. However, if you arrive late then the massage time might be deducted.

Q: If I am not satisfied with the treatment during the massage time, should I say it on the spot?

A: Yes. If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please tell the vendor staff or the therapist directly at the moment.

Q: If I can’t print the voucher out, can I present my mobile voucher with my mobile phone?

A: Yes. If you show the voucher you captured on your mobile phone, then you can easily enter.

Cancellation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
Refund will be processed in business hours.
