Q: My child is 7 years old. Do I have to pay for the same rate as the adult’s rate is?

A: No. The standard age for children rate is 5-11 years old.

 

Q: Is there any discount if I want to use a rental car?

A: No. Bali Flow Ride Beach Park will charge $40 for a full day car rental, minimum 2 adults.

 

Q: I would like to have a hotel pick-up service, but is it possible?

A: No, the package doesn’t include pick-up/sending service.

  •  Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
