Pick up and sending service:

• Free pick up/ sending areas: Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Sanur. 
• Additional transport charge : $45/car (in Ubud & Tanah Lot) 
• If you use AirBnB accomodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick up service, we will pick you up in the nearest hotel from your Host location.
• Pick up time by region: 
  • Ubud: 07.00-07.15  
  • Uluwatu: 07.15-07.30
  • Kuta / Seminyak / Jimbaran: 07.30-07.45 
  • Nusa Dua / Sanur: 08.00-08.15 

Operational Hours:

• Monday, Wednesday, and Saturday at 09.00-17.00

Activity Schedule:

09:00: Depart from Tanjung Benoa harbor
10:45: Arrive at Lembongan Island
11:00: Break time in resort (activity included)
13:00: BBQ lunch (provided)
13: 40-15: 00: After lunch at the resort, you can take a rest or do other activities (activity included)
15:15: Depart from Lembongan Island
17:00: Arrive at the port of Tanjung Benoa

Additional Information: 

• Number of passengers: 40 passengers
• Type: Yacht cruise. It is a more private cruise with only 40 passengers. This product is more focused on relaxing recreation rather than water sports or other activities. 

Notes:

• The pick up sending service provided by the vendor is sharing transport with other customers.
• The transport service may be late due to traffic condition or other guest condition. So, it can’t be argued.
• If the pickup service is late, please contact us by phone number listed on your voucher.
• If you want to get picked up by private car, please book for additional private car rental product (not include parking fee & toll). 

FAQ

Q: In case my family want to relax and get a transport service without other customers, then what should I do?

A: If you want it that way, then you might book for Private Car Rental product. So, you and your family may use it privately for your group only.

Q: If the cruise is all day long then can I do any water sports activity?

A: Yes, you can still do water sports activity. After lunch at the resort, you can go snorkeling.

Q: So, can’t you provide round trip transport service in Ubud or Tanah Lot?

A: We can provide a transport service in Ubud and Tanah Lot areas with additional transport charge.

• Off season: 50% charge for cancellation within 5-days before and a full-charge within 3-days or no-show.
• High/peak season: 50% charge within 10-days before and full charge within 5-days or no-show.
