Q: Is there any place where I can take my children to play?
A: Yes, Lavender Spa Bali has a kids club for children. So, parents may get the treatment in comfort.

Q: In case I can’t print the voucher out, can I present my mobile voucher (E Voucher) via my mobile phone?
A: Yes. If you show the mobile/ E-Voucher on your mobile phone then you can easily enter.

Q: If I am not satisfied with the treatment during the massage time, should I say it on the spot?
A: Yes. If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please tell the vendor staff or the therapist directly at the moment.

Cancellation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
Refund will be processed in business hours.
