Q: Is it possible for the therapist to travel anywhere?
A: No. Available areas are Kuta, Seminyak, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua and Sanur.
Ubud is only available for 120-minute massages for 2 people.

Q: In case the therapist can’t enter my hotel/villa, what should I do?
A: There are rules for each hotel / villa. So, please check your hotel regulation before booking to see if the therapist is welcome to your accommodation. Please note that the refund is not possible due to hotel refusal case.

Q: What should I do if I’m not satisfied with the treatment?
A: Since the satisfaction of the treatment varies from one guest to another, you should tell the therapist about your dissatisfaction and what you want.


  • Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date
  • Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
  • Refund will be processed in business hours.
