Q: Is it possible for the therapist to travel anywhere?
A: No. Available areas are Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Denpasar, Sanur, Kuta, Jimbaran, Uluwatu.

Q: In case the therapist can’t enter my hotel/villa, what should I do?
A: There are rules for each hotel / villa. So, please check your hotel regulation before booking to see if the therapist is welcome to your accommodation. Please note that the refund is not possible due to hotel refusal case.

Q: What should I do if I’m not satisfied with the treatment?
A: Since the satisfaction of the treatment varies from one guest to another, you should tell the therapist about your dissatisfaction and what you want.

Cancellation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date
Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
Refund will be processed in business hours.
