Q: Is it possible to come at any time we want?

A: Yes, it is possible at any time starting from lunch time. However, the opening hours is at 10.00 – 23.00 and the last order is at 22.30 local time (UTC +8).

 

Q: I would like to receive a pick-up/sending service from the hotel. Is it free?

A: No, we don’t provide pick up/sending service for this product. So, We recommend you to add/ book for Private Rental Car product.

 

Q: What if the food is not tasty or there is any other problems with the food in the restaurant?

A: If there is a problem with the food or other condition on the day, please directly tell the restaurant staff on the spot. Wandernesia can’t give any refund for the food you already ate.

Cancellation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
