Hotel transfer service is provided.
Pick up time at 06.30 am for Kuta, Jimbaran, Seminyak, Nusa Dua area
Pick up time at 07.00 for Sanur, and Ubud area

Zoo Operating Hours:

Daily: 09.00 am to 05.00 pm
Last Check in at zoo : 04.00 pm

Notes:

If you use AirBnB accomodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick up service, we will pick you up in the nearest hotel from your Host location.
The vendor may cancel the reservation due to certain circumstances in 7 days prior to the activity date with notification.
It’s necessary to read the cancellation policy first before you make the reservation.
The pick-up/sending service could be delayed due to traffic condition and it can’t be argued. (Delay time could be around 15-30 minutes).
Child admission is valid for children between 2 – 12 years old.

Cancellation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
“No Show” case will be charged 100% payment (no refund issued).
