Age Range:

• Children: 2-12 years old.
• Infant under 2 years old is free of charge

Operational Hours:

• Daily: 09:00 to 17:00
• Last check in at 16:00
• Dinner with the Great Elephant: 18:00 to 21:30 (except on Balinese Silence Day)

Notes:

• The vendor may cancel the reservation due to certain circumstances in 7 days prior to the activity date with notification.
• Please make the reservation after acknowledging the cancellation policy.
• If you use AirBnB accomodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick up service, we will pick you up in the nearest hotel from your Host location.
• The pick-up/sending service may be delayed due to traffic condition and it can’t be argued. (Delay time may be around 15-30 minutes).
• The admission ticket rate for children is valid for children aged 2 – 12 years old.

How to Get There:

We provide pick up service. Here are the routes and schedules:

• Morning: around 08:00 am
• Afternoon: around 11:00 am
• Pick Up Sending Areas: Kuta, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Ubud, Sanur.  

FAQ

Q: Do I need to buy lunch separately at the zoo?

A: No. Since you may choose the certain package with lunch included,  you don’t need to buy lunch separately.

Q: Is there a tiger feeding program like in Bali Safari and Marine Park?

A: No, there is no tiger feeding program, but there is an elephant feeding program instead.

Q: I’d like to see an animal show. Can I see it around 11:00?

A: Yes, the animal show will be held twice at 11:00 and 15:00.

• Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date. 
• “No Show” case will be charged 100% payment (no refund issued).
