• Additional delivery charge :
  • Denpasar, Jimbaran, Sanur, Nusa Dua of IDR 50.000
  • Ubud, Gianyar, and Uluwatu of IDR 100.000
• Motorbike insurance
• Personal insurance (traveler’s)

Please Submit upon booking and Bring These Following Documents:

• Scan/photo of passport for foreign tourist
• Scan/photo of driving license
• Scan/photo/e-voucher of hotel voucher
• E-Ticket of arrival and departure flight

Rental Procedure:

• After receiving voucher as booking confirmation, the staff will deliver motorbike to your hotel
• Please submit the original passport and driving license to the delivery staff
• The staff will give you a copy of vehicle registration certificate (STNK or Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan) and the guest must bring this certificate during motorbike rental
• Delivery and return time based on operational hour : at 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM

Delivery Service Area

• Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu (for free)
• Denpasar, Jimbaran, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Ubud, Gianyar, and Uluwatu (with additional)

Note :

• Deposit will be returned once ground staff receive back the motorbike unit in good condition and it’s STNK or Surat Tanda Nomor Kendaraan
• Motorbike CAN’T BE HANDED OVER to others people
• Motorbike usage only within Bali and CAN’T be used for ride to Nusa Penida, Nusa Lembongan, Java or Lombok
• Customer’s age must be considered as adult and having international driving license
• Riding must be not under alcoholic effect
• Always bring international driving license and motorbike registration certificate while riding
• Any loss or accident is customer’s responsibility

• You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher.
• The voucher is valid only on the date specified.
• Please note that motorbike unit is not covered by insurance. Any loss or accident is customer’s responsibility.
• Motorbike can be used in Bali mainland area only and is not required to use outside Bali such as Nusa Penida or another island.
• For safety reason, please kindly note that 1 motorbike can be used for maximum 2 persons

• Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
• Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
• Refund will be processed in business hours.
• Business hours: Monday – Friday (except public holiday) from 09:00 AM – 15:00 PM (GMT +7)
