Q: I would like to receive a pick-up/sending service from the hotel. Is it free?
A: No, we don’t provide pick up/sending service for this product. So, we recommend you to add/ book for Private Rental Car product.

Q: What if the food is not tasty or there are any other problems with the food in the restaurant?
A: If there is a problem with the food or other condition on the day, please directly tell the restaurant staff on the spot. Wandernesia can’t give any refund for the food you already ate.

Q: Can I get refund if I find the food is bland at all?
A: No. If you find any problem with your food, please ask the restaurant staff to change it immediately. Wandernesia doesn’t accept any complaint about the food condition on D-day.

  • Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
