Pick-up and Sending Service: 

• Free pick up and sending service for minimum 2 persons and 2 hours treatment (Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Nusa Dua areas).
• If you need pick up/sending service, please advise in advance.
• If you use AirBnB accommodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick-up service, we will pick you up at the nearest hotel from your Host location.

• Daily : 09.00-21.00 (Last treatment: 19.00)

• Available for all ages (Please send enquiry for children)

Notes:

• The pick up sending service provided by vendor is sharing transport with other customers.
• Other guest might be late or due to traffic condition. It can’t be argued.
• If the pick up service is late, please contact us by phone number listed on your voucher.
• If you want to get picked up by private car, please book for additional private car rental product (not include parking fee & toll).

• Massage satisfaction varies according to individual therapist and physical condition.
• If you are not satisfied with your massage, please tell the therapist and spa house directly on the moment.
• The treatment could end 15 minutes earlier for the shower time.
• Late arrival could deduct the treatment duration.

FAQ

Q: I made a massage reservation but I will be late about 15 minutes. Is everything OK?

A: Yes, you can still get the massage. However, if you arrive late then the massage time might be deducted.

Q: If I can’t print the voucher out, can I present my mobile voucher with my mobile phone?

A: Yes. If you show the voucher you captured on your mobile phone, then you can easily enter.

Q: In case I’m not satisfied with the treatment during the massage time, should I say it on the spot?

A: Yes, if you are not satisfied with the treatment, please tell the therapist or the vendor staff directly on the moment.

• Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity.
• Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
• Refund will be processed in business hours.
• Business hours: Monday – Friday (except public holiday) from 09:00 AM – 15:00 PM (GMT +7)
