BAGGAGE REGULATION :

• Please declare all the goods you are carrying accurately and completely by filling the Custom Declaration in the All Indonesia Arrival Card by the official link and submit it to the Customs Officers
• Bringing items such as narcotics, drugs & narcotics paraphernalia (pipes, bong, hookahs, needles, pill crusher, strainer, scouring pads, pen tube, tinfoil, etc), psychotropic substances, precursor, drugs, firearms, air guns, sharp weapons, ammunition, explosives, and pornographic items/publications, terrorism-related goods, money laundering-related items, and/or other prohibited goods IS A VIOLATION AND WILL RESULT IN LEGAL CONSEQUENCES
• If you are carrying currency (including banknotes) and/or Bearer Negotiable Instruments (e.g., demand drafts, checks, traveler’s checks, promissory notes, and deposit certificates), in Rupiah or any other currency, equivalent to 100 million Rupiah or more, you are required to declare them to the Customs Officers. Additionally, carrying foreign banknotes with a total value of 1 billion Rupiah or more requires a permit from Bank Indonesia

LIST OF GOODS THAT NEED TO DECLARE :

• Narcotics, drugs & narcotics paraphernalia (pipes, bong, hookahs, needles, pill crusher, strainer, scouring pads, pen tube, tinfoil, etc), psychotropic substances, precursor, drugs, firearms, air guns, sharp weapons, ammunition, explosives, and pornographic items/publications
• Currency and/or bearer negotiable instruments in Rupiah or other foreign currencies equivalent to the amount to 100 million Rupiah or more
• Excise Goods, such as alcoholic beverages, cigarettes/cigars, sliced tobacco, other tobacco products, or electronic cigarattes, with an amount exceeding the excise exemption limit
• Personal effects purchased or obtained abroad a value exceeding the duty-free limit
• Non-personal effects purchased or obtained abroad (including commercial goods)
• Goods originating from Indonesia that are brought back into the country (re-imported), which were previously declared to the Customs Officers upon departure
• Goods from abroad for temporary used in Indonesia that will be brought back (temporary admission)

Arrival Service Standard Process

• Our staff will greet you right after you enter the terminal airport before VOA Immigration check. He/she will bring a signboard with your name on it.
• Our staff will escort you to the Visa on Arrival (if needed) then to immigration check. Please note that according to government regulation, you should complete the immigration process like passport scanning and stamp by yourself.
• Our staff will escort and assist you to custom and stay with you until you meet your ground transport or airport representative

Departure Service Standard Process

• Meet our staff at the drop zone area. So please inform your active phone number or your driver’s phone number one day before.
• Our staff will escort you to Check-in Counter
• Our Staff will handle your baggage
• Our staff will escort you to Immigration Counter
• Our staff will escort you to public waiting room to wait open gate

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
