Rafting : 6-65 years old
ATV single for 18 years old and above only. Under 18 years old should choose ATV tandem with an adult.
Not suitable for pregnant woman, and elderly above 65 years old.

The transport service may be late due to traffic condition or other guest condition, it can’t be argued.
If you use AirBnB accommodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick up service, we will pick you up in the nearest hotel from your Host location.

FAQ

Q: Is there any limitation for the insurance coverage?

A: Yes. It’s applicable only for 6-65 years old. Above/under that age limitation won’t be covered by insurance and you need to sign an agreement letter if you still want to do the rafting.

Q: Is there anything I need to prepare?

A: Yes. It would be better if you prepare your personal belongings such as comfortable clothes, clothes for change, outdoor footwear, and physical strength for the rafting.

Q: In case I can’t print the voucher out, can I present my mobile voucher (E Voucher) via my mobile phone?

A: Yes. If you show the mobile/ E-Voucher on your mobile phone then you can easily enter.

Cancelation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
