Pick Up Process:

Present either a printed or a mobile voucher at Ngurah Rai International Airport Service Counter
You don’t need to provide deposit, but you need to fill in the WiFi application form and agree to the terms and conditions before receiving the WiFi device
If the WiFi accessory or body is damaged or lost, certain amount of compensation will be applied
Receive the pocket WiFi device and start surfing!

Return Process:

Return the device to the Ngurah Rai International Airport Service Counter
If you rent the device longer than you booked, extra charge will be applied

Cancellation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
Refund will be processed in business hours.
Business hours: Monday – Friday (except public holiday) from 09:00 AM – 15:00 PM (GMT +7)
