Q: Can I book Spa at Beach Gazebo at 18:00 pm?

A: No, you can’t. Beach Gazebo is available from 09:00 am to 17:00 pm

Q: I have made a reservation for the spa but I will be late for about 15 minutes. Is that okay?

A: Yes, you can still have treatment. But if you come very late, you may be out of time.

Q: Can I show e-voucher on my phone instead of the printed voucher?

A: Yes, you can show either e-voucher or the printed one.


Cancellation Policy

  • The above rates are non-refundable. Once booking confirmed, it can’t be canceled..
  • No refund issued for cancellation made after reservation.
  • Please read the cancellation policy carefully before you make a reservation.
  • Any change or cancellation is made via email at business hours.
  • Business hours: Monday – Friday (except public holiday) from 09:00 AM – 15:00 PM (GMT +7)

No Show Policy:

  • 100% penalty will be charged for no-show case. No refund issued.
