Q: Can I get a massage at dawn?

A: No. Rosehill Spa house is open daily from 9 AM to 12 PM.

Q: I made a massage reservation and I think I will be late for about 15 minutes. Is everything OK?

A: Yes, you can get a massage. However, if you arrive late then the massage time will be deducted.

Q: If I can’t print the voucher out, can I present my mobile voucher with my mobile phone?

A: Yes. If you show the voucher you captured on your mobile phone, you can easily enter.

Cancellation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date
Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
Refund will be processed in business hours.
Business hours: Monday – Friday (except public holiday) from 09:00 AM – 15:00 PM (GMT +7)
