  • Parking fees
  • Tips for the driver (optional)
  • Personal expenses (meals, shopping, entrance ticket, etc)
  • Overtime fee: 10% from the total price (per hour)

Additional Information

  • If you use AirBnB accomodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick up service, we will pick you up in the nearest hotel from your Host location.
  • You can present either a printed or a mobile voucher.
  • The voucher is valid only on the date specified.
  • Please advise us your hotel location and address upon booking
  • Please kindly wait at hotel lobby 5 minutes before the pick up time. And, present your confirmation voucher to your driver before departure.

Cancelation

  • Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
  • Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
  • Refund will be processed in business hours.
    Business hours: Monday – Friday (except public holiday) from 09:00 AM – 15:00 PM (GMT +7)
