• Gili Hai Snorkeling Pontoons accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal effects bought on board the pontoon.
• Participant under 18 y.o must be accompanied by paying adult
• Gili Hai reserves the right to alter your booking into an alternative date because of a charter, bad weather or maintenance program with advance notice
• Gili Hai will depart on time, please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes in advance
• No refund will be issued for late arrival
• Wandernesia is not responsible for any loss, theft, accident, sickness, complaint, or any problems which occur during the cruise program.
• You should take out your own travel insurance

• No refund will be issued for late arrival
• Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
• Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
