Pick Up and Sending Service:

  • With Transportation Package:
    – Pick up and drop off service is only available for Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Legian, Kuta, Seminyak, Ubud Area
    – Please kindly wait at hotel lobby 5 minutes before the pick up time. And, present your confirmation voucher to your tour guide before departure
    – If you use AirBnB accomodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick up service, we will pick you up in the nearest hotel from your Host location
  • Without Transportation Package:
    – You can reach Puri Bayuning Bongkasa at Jl. Tangga Yuda, Bongkasa, Kec. Abiansemal, Kabupaten Badung, Bali 80352 by taxi or your own transport.

Additional Information:

  • Since Bali is always sunny, you’ll probably need to bring your sunglasses and sunblock. Also, bring your sandals or sneakers as well as extra clothes.
  • For creating mementos, don’t forget to bring your personal camera to capture the beautiful moments!
  • Please note: Children below 12 years old must be under parents guidance

Cancelation

  • Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
  • Refund will be processed in business hours.
  • Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
