30 minutes preparation in starting point (Alam Dream Restaurant)
30 minute zip lining from starting point

1 hour shower & meal time in finish point (La Heaven Restaurant)
Return to hotel (approximately at 04:00 PM)

Notes:

Please kindly wait at hotel lobby 5 minutes before the pick up time. And, present your confirmation voucher to your tour guide before departure.
If you use AirBnB accommodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick up service, we will pick you up in the nearest hotel from your Host location.
The pick up sending service provided by vendor is sharing transport with other customers.
The transport service may be late due to traffic condition or other guest condition, it can’t be argued.
Please kindly note that the sudden schedule changes may occur due to Balinese religious events which might block the roads etc.
If the pick up service is late, please contact us by phone number listed on your voucher.
If you want to get picked up by private car, please book for additional private car rental product (exclude parking fee & toll fee).

Q: In case I can’t print the voucher out, can I present my mobile voucher (E Voucher) via my mobile phone?
A: Yes. If you show the mobile/ E-Voucher on your mobile phone then you can easily enter.

Q: What if I am travelling alone, can I take this activity for 1 person?
A: Yes. you could book this activity with additional charge for 1 person booking. However, there is also additional charge for hotel pick up service if you need it.

Q: Is there anything I need to prepare?
A: Yes. It would be better if you prepare your personal belongings such as comfortable clothes, clothes for change, outdoor footwear, and physical strength for the rafting.

Cancelation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
Refund will be processed in business hours.
Business hours: Monday – Friday (except public holiday) from 09:00 AM – 15:00 PM (GMT +7)
