Q: I would like to receive a pick-up/sending service from the hotel. Is it free?

A: No, we don’t provide pick up/sending service for this product. So, We recommend you to add/ book for Private Rental Car product.


Q: I could eat the food but I am not satisfied with the service by the staff, Could I get any refund?

A: No. Please note that it’s not possible to receive any refund after using this product.


Q: Can I get my money back if the food is not tasty?

A: No. If there any problem with the food condition, please tell the restaurant staff immediately on the spot to change the food.

No Show Policy:

  • 100% penalty will be charged for no-show case. No refund issued.
