FAQ

Q: I am traveling alone, could I get a free hotel transfer service for this product?
A: No. The free transport service is only available for minimum 2 persons, 2 hours of treatment in certain areas. If you still want a pickup service, there will be an extra charge.

Q: If I can’t print the voucher out, can I present my mobile voucher with my mobile phone?
A: Yes. If you show the voucher you captured on your mobile phone, then you can easily enter.

Q: I book an 120 minutes treatment, could I get 135 minutes for the total time? since I need to take a shower after treatment.
A: No. The shower time is included in 120 minutes.

Cancelation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
