Duration:

• Morning: approximately 8 hours
• Afternoon: approximately 6 hours

Schedule:

• Morning schedule: 07:00 to 14:00 (8 hours)
  • Traditional market visit (approx. 1 hour) – Morning Tea – Cooking Class- Lunch – Providing Certificate

• Afternoon Schedule: 15: 30 ~ 20: 00 (6 hours)
  • Afternoon Tea – Cooking Class – Dinner – Providing Certificate 

Cooking Class Menu:

• Monday & Thursday: Grilled fish in banana leaves, Chicken curry, Balinese beef satay, Fresh sambal, Spinach in tomato-chili sambal, Balinese fried rice, Balinese Gado-Gado, Carrot & cucumber salad, Green pancakes with coconut, Black rice pudding.
• Tuesday & Friday: Beef in Balinese sauce, Balinese chicken satay, Fried noodles, Grilled fish, Fried rice, Roasted eggplant sambal, Bean & coconut salad, Tofu fritters, Bubur sum-sum, Pisang Rai.
• Wednesday & Saturday: Fish curry, Fern Lawar, Shredded spiced beef, Fragrant yellow rice, Sweet corn patties, Fried rice, Chicken Satay, Fried banana, Fruits in coconut milk, Hibiscus tea.

Hotel Transfer Service:

• If you use AirBnB accommodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick-up service, we will pick you up at the nearest hotel from your Host location.

FAQ

Q: I want to join the cooking class in the morning session, may I know the time?

A: The morning session starts at 7.00 until 14.00, it will be an 8-hour class.

Q: I want to get picked up at my hotel, can I?

A: Yes. Basic areas for hotel transfer service is in Kuta, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Seminyak areas. Other than those areas there will be an additional charge.

Q: If I can’t print my voucher out, can I present the voucher on my mobile phone?

A: Yes. You can present either printed or mobile voucher.

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
