• Sanur: 17:00 ~ 17:15 at lobby hotel

• Under 4 years old is free

Hotel Transfer Service:

• If you use AirBnB accommodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick-up service, we will pick you up at the nearest hotel from your Host location.

FAQ 

Q: Does Bali Hai Cruise have long duration?

A: No. This cruise activity only lasts for 3 hours. It starts from 17.45-20.45.

Q: Does it provide transport service in all Bali areas?

A: No. Uluwatu, Tanah Lot, and Ubud areas are excluded because of the long distance. If you add extra charge for the transport then you may be picked up in long distance areas.

Q: If I can’t print the voucher out, can I present my mobile voucher via my mobile phone?

A: Yes, If you show the captured voucher to the vendor staff then you can easily enter.

• Full refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity.
• No show case will be charged and no refund issued.
• Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
• Refund will be processed in business hours.
