• Please inform Wandernesia in case reschedule from the guest at least 4 days before the travel date.
• If you use AirBnB accomodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick up service, we will pick you up in the nearest hotel from your Host location.
• The arrival time might be different according to the circumstance or other local condition. Please make sure to check it while boarding. 
• Be aware of the fact that the speedboat sails at high speed and might shake a lot. 
• The operator may delay or change the schedule due to weather or other conditions.
• Depending on weather conditions, the vendor might cancel the sailing. If that happens, you can reschedule the ticket, but refunds are not available. 
• Due to sailing cancellation, the customer might loss for their hotel, flight, or other activity.  
• Wandernesia does not take responsibility for any problems you may experience while using the vendor’s boat.
• The transport service (if included) may arrive late due to traffic or other guest conditions, and this cannot be contested.
• If the pick up service is late, please contact us by phone number listed on your voucher.
• Please recheck the updated scheduled time when you make the reservation.

Ekajaya Fast Ferry Schedule

Terms & Conditions:

1. Passengers are required to complete the check-in process at the Ekajaya counter 1 hour before the scheduled boat departure. The chick-in counter will be closed 15 minutes before the boat’s departure time. If passengers arrive after the check-in deadline close, the staff has the right to refuse the passengers.
2. Schedule may change at any time.
3. The ETD and ETA serve as guidelines. Actual timing may be subject to delays based on port activities.
4. The duration of boarding and disembarking passengers at each port may vary due to different dock conditions on each island.
5. Please note that the passengers departing from Gili Meno are subject to an additional IDR 35,000 per person for the small boat transfer, as the island does not have a harbor. Please pay this fee at the Ekajaya check-in counter on Gili Meno.
6. Routes and departure times may change if conditions are considered in an emergency.

FAQ

Q: Do I need to show the voucher I got from Wandernesia?

A: No. Once the guest receive the E-ticket, please show the E-ticket to the locket staff as boarding pass. 

Q: Will I get refund if the trip is canceled?

A: Refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the activity date

• Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 10 days prior to the travel date
• Cancellation between 7-10 days prior to the travel date: 50% refund
• Cancellation between 1-6 days prior to the travel date: 0% refund, NO REFUND
• No Show or late arrival: NO REFUND
• Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
• Refund will be processed in business hours.
