Q: Can I get a discount if I don’t take the lunch?

A: No. The lunch and welcome drink are inclusions. So, if you don’t eat the lunch then you still need to pay fully.

Q: What if I have 4 adults and 2 children? What package should I take?

A: We could suggest you to take 1 Family Package (2 adults & 2 children) + 2 regular Elephant Trekking.

Q: What if my hotel area is not in Sanur, Kuta, Nusa Dua, or Ubud areas?

A: For this case, you need to add an additional transport charge based on enquiry.

Cancelation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
