Pick Up and Sending Service: 

• If you use AirBnB accomodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pick up service, we will pick you up in the nearest hotel from your Host location.
• Free transport in Central Ubud, Sanur, Denpasar, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Jimbaran
• Outside of those pick up area will be charge additional cost depends on the pick up area

• Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
• Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
• Refund will be processed in business hours.
