Q: Is there any limitation for the insurance coverage?

A: Yes. It’s applicable only for 6-65 years old. Above/under that age limitation won’t be covered by insurance and you need to sign an agreement letter if you still want to do the rafting.

Q: Is there anything I need to prepare?

A: Yes. It would be better if you prepare your personal belongings such as comfortable clothes, clothes for change, outdoor footwear, and physical strength for the rafting.

Q: In case I can’t print the voucher out, can I present my mobile voucher (E Voucher) via my mobile phone?

A: Yes. If you show the mobile/ E-Voucher on your mobile phone then you can easily enter.

Cancelation

Full refund will be issued for cancellations made at least 5 days prior to the activity date.
