Q: In case I already made a massage reservation and I think I will be late about 15 minutes. Is everything OK?

A: Yes, you can inform us via chat massage beforehand. But if you arrive late, we will shorten your treatment time.

Q: If I am not satisfied with the treatment during the massage, what should I do?

A: If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please tell the vendor staff or the therapist directly at the moment.

Q: If I can’t print the voucher out, can I present my mobile voucher with my mobile phone?

A: Yes. If you show the voucher you captured on your mobile phone, then you can easily enter.

Cancelation

Full refund is possible for cancellation at least 5 days before the activity date.
Refund handling fee is $5 per item and automatically deducted from the total amount.
We process refunds during business hours.
